It's an unforgettable evening of campfire dining, Christmas lights, and cultural entertainment with a Traditional Owner family, in an exclusive off-grid setting surrounded by kookaburras, bushland, and the beautiful Watsonville sunset!

Schedule:
4.30pm - Arrive at the Watsonville Culture Park where our family will provide you with a warm Mbabaram greeting and welcome.
4.45pm - Set out with our guide on a 20-minute bush walk to view the many plants and trees that we use as bush tucker, medicines, and for crafting traditional tools and weapons.
5.05pm- Return to the park to find colourful lighting running through the treetops as the sun begins to set, the sound of kookaburras calling, and the scent of bush-flavoured campfire cooking. Your guide will demonstrate the use of our tools and weapons, hunting techniques, and the traditions still carried on in our family today.
5.30pm - As the surrounding bushland turns to dark, our guides will deliver an informative PowerPoint presentation to showcase our family history, and traditions.
6pm - DINNER TIME! Enjoy a delicious buffet-style dinner with multiple camp oven recipes, and grilled meats. Taste traditional foods and flavours such as Freshwater eel, Kangaroo, and crocodile.
6.45pm - Dessert is served consisitng of a homemade lemon myrtle tea cake with cream and fresh berries.
Our guides will entertain you throughout the evening with stories and demonstrations. View our cultural heritage board and have the opportunity to purchase gifts and souvenirs.
8pm - Finish off the evening with the sounds of the didgeridoo before making your way back home.
OPTIONAL CAMPING IS AVAILABLE AFTERWARDS.
You are welcome to camp overnight in our campgrounds. You must provide all of your own camping equipment including water and power. (Generators welcome - must be turned off between 10pm and 6am)
